Bigpond Email is not syncing with Outlook

• Internet problem:
if your internet is not working then your outlook won’t be able to communicate
with Bigpond server. To fix this problem always check with your internet
connection.
• VPN: VPN (virtual
private network) creates barrier between outlook and Bigpond server. While
accessing Bigpond email through outlook turn of the VPN.
