Need to reset my Bigpond passkey.

 Do you access Bigpond mail account through passcode rather than using password. As passkey is one of the easiest and safest features provide by Telstra to the Bigpond mail users. You can use passkey to sign Bigpond account through fingerprint, device sign pin or face recognition lock in device. But if facing issue or forgot passkey than you can reset the sign key through the following instructions.

 

Steps to reset Bigpond passkey

1.  Open the browser you use to sign Bigpond account

2.  Enter your Bigpond email address as username

3.  Click continue

4.  Go to recover forgot password

5.  Choose recovery method by email address or registered number

6.  Open reset link sent by Telstra in browser

7.  Choose create passkey

8.  Create secure passkey

9.  Confirm passkey

10.  Save or done

After create passkey save it in browser. Go back to Bigpond sign in page through passkey. If you never created or used passkey before than you can manage to create through following steps.

 

1.  Go to the Telstra website

2.  Sign in through email address and password

3.  Go to your Telstra profile

4.  Scroll to advance settings click security

5.  Setup 4- or 6-digit passkey

6.  Confirm passkey again

7.  Click save
