BigPond Email is not opening on iPhone

 If you find your BigPond email not opening on your iPhone, here are some things you can do to combat the issue. For one, check if you have a stable internet connection. Try enabling and disabling the airplane mode to refresh your network. You can also reset your network settings on the iPhone by going to “General Settings” and selecting the “reset> network reset” option.
