Telstra Mail and BigPond email outage Problem

 

We can call 28 April 2025 black day of Telstra Telecom because due to bad weather there was huge outage problem faced by their user specially whose who use service called as Bigpond mail. Bigpond mail users were keep complaining about the issues going on like they are unable to sign Bigpond account, or send and receive problem in mail application such as outlook, thunderbird or mac mail.

 

How to fix Bigpond outage problem.

1.  Device Restart: Restart your device in which your access Bigpond mail through outlook or mac mail. Because restart clear the technical error and glitches.

 

2.  Login Webmail: Try to login Bigpond account through web browser to check your username and password is working or your Telstra account is active or deactivated. If you are able to sign Bigpond mail or Telstra mail successfully than use same username and password in client server account or mail apps.

 

3.  Reset or change password: Facing issue like sign in during outage problem than reset your password online through official website of Telstra or Bigpond.

Steps to reset Bigpond password

 

•  Go to Telstra or Bigpond website in web browser like chrome, edge or safari.

•  Type Your Bigpond account email address

•  Click forgot password

•  Choose recover method alternate email or registered mobile number

•  Open reset link received in recovery method

•  Create new password

•  Confirm new password and save

 

After reset your password go back to sign in page and use new password to access Bigpond mail once it successfully login use same password in mail app. Get in touch by over call or by chat with Bigpond Customer Service.
