How do I fix an unauthenticated traffic limit error In Bigpond?

 Telstra is always concerned about their customers specially Bigpond users. To make sure recipient do not get spam or scam mail Telstra prefer sender send email by Bigpond mail address.

If Bigpond users are using email client server app like outlook 365 or mac mail to access mail. You will get some errors like OB315 if Bigpond mail is not configured or setup properly.

1.  Open apple mail app in device

2.  Go to mail and click settings

Bigpond Mail on Outlook 2016 is sending correctly authenticated email settings are:

1.  Open Outlook 2016 version

2.  Click file option

3.  Click server information option

4.  Select sever settings for Bigpond

5.  Authentication should be checking mark for outgoing Bigpond mail

6.  Click next or save to apply changes in outlook after Bigpond configuration

If you still getting unauthenticated traffic error in Bigpond than make sure you have entered correct password or contact Bigpond Customer care.
