Bigpond unable to receive Hotmail emails

 After the big change made to the email client now user can connect their Bigpond email account with the Hotmail email service. Many users were waiting for the such feature to be out on the web. After making the changes to the account user started to experience some changes where Bigpond email was not able to receive Hotmail emails. In such a case user can apply the given process to solve the problem.

·       If the user is not able to find the email then check on the Junk or Spam folder list. There are cases where due to the content of the email the system will save the such email in those folders.
